The DBD Puzzle packs, created by us here at Tome Of Knowledge, is a collection of icon perk packs for Dead By Daylight that introduces a new challenge into the game, where you are only allowed to use perks in a build if they properly connect with each others side colors! (Like a puzzle!)

We determined different "Tiers" of Perks depending on how well they typically perform. The Tiers were mostly decided using Otzdarvas tier lists, as they are generally the most well regarded. The higher the tier, the less slots you have to work with, meaning you will find it much harder to put all the meta perks together! In the same regard, the lower the tier, the more sides youll have to work with, as well as the more rainbow/colorless sides there will be!
So how does it actually work?

When you select your loadout after installing one of our Puzzle Packs, will see that the format in the menu screen looks awful confusing. This is because rather than the diamond shaped perks from the ingame perks being shown, the menu has them all horizontally! The order of the perks is consistant though, so until a feature is released to see the diamond in the menu for EVERYONE (I know some players have had this feature for years now, but others like myself have not), this is the best we have; The order is slot 1 is the bottom perk, slot 2 is the right perk, slot 3 is the left perk, slot 4 is the top perk!

It's easy to start playing the Puzzle Pack! All you have to do is find a build that when in the diamond shape, matches colors with each other! As shown in the example abovem, Wake Up! connects with Lithe by using 2 blue connectors, and Wake Up! connects with Adrenaline with 2 Orange connectors, Etc.
Visionary and Lithe also connect using one of the 2 unique colorings, being Rainbow/Colorless! A Rainbow siding can be used with ANY other COLOR.
The last unique color is the blank/void color, as seen on the outside of a few of the perks. They can ONLY be connected with other blanks (no rainbow even), and you can only use the blanks as a connection ONCE per build (in order to have all four perks connect with each other in the end, snaking through each other)

Unfortunately these packs are only available for PC players as it changes the pictures of the perks themselves, which means needing access to your file management system. The good news is that you can check it all out for free through the nightlight desktop app (Links below), or the nightlight website! If you are on console and wish to try to use these, you can still view all the perks through the website, and then just make your build that way (It just wont show up in game).

Yes! Nightlight is a DBDStats tracker & Custom Icon installer for your DBD Needs! It is a 100% Safe tool to use for tracking your DBD Stats and seamlessly transfers it all to their database for up to date data on all matches in DBD! It also has an Icon downloader that is fully modular, so you can install parts of an icon pack and parts of another pack! All of my Puzzle Packs are JUST the perks so you can install custom character portraits, statuses, items, offerings, anything! It is only on your end though, purely cosmetic. Due to how the icon packs are made, there are only so many builds one can do before finding what the most meta build is for that version, so I created multiple versions of the Puzzle Pack in order to keep it all fresh for all! Depending on popularity, I might continuously add more versions so people never have to worry about running out of fun ways to spice up their game!

Nope! Every Puzzle Pack is randomized for one, so every pack will have a different siding for all the perks! As stated above, we list perks into 5 tiers, so there may still be some repeats between the packs, but not many. In addition to this, there are a few packs that are specialized even more, providing either more difficult/hard mode challenges, or some more easy mode/chill challenges, those are mentioned in the title of the Pack. (ex. Puzzle Pack v10 (Hard Mode) )
